• Home acquisition

• Creating usable living space
• Staffing – paid and volunteer
• Selecting residents
• Licensing, if necessary
• Home rules, program regulations, policies and standards
• Developing fire safety and preventative maintenance schedules
• Meals and dietary menu planning
• Social recreation planning
• Therapeutic, clinical and vocational day planning
• Integrating spiritual devotions in daily life

A Small Investment

• Consultation with Donna Mengel at $100.00/hr
• Experienced Legal council at $150.00/hr
• All proceeds donated to the Lamb Foundation
